Need help paying for home heating oil? There are assistance programs in place for Connecticut residents designed to help offset the winter heating costs for lower income households, emergency energy assistance and those needing one-time heating oil assistance.

CT Energy Assistance Program

CEAP helps low income earners with their heating bills. Programs include fuel assistance and financial assistance if heat is included in rent. To be eligible for fuel assistance, the gross annual income of the household must be at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.
